Moore Bliss Farm sits on 3 acres at 4915 Bliss Road in Sarasota, Florida. The property is home to a farmhouse, a guest cottage, vegetable and herb gardens, fruit trees, a community fire pit, and open green space shaded by old oaks.
Founded by Elizabeth Moore, the farm is a place where sustainable growing practices meet community building. Whether you're here for a cooking class, compost drop-off, or just to enjoy the property, you're always welcome.
The farm's garden beds produce a variety of seasonal vegetables, herbs, and flowers suited to Florida's subtropical climate. You'll find collard greens, rainbow chard, papaya, herbs like dill and basil, and pollinator-friendly flowers throughout the property.
Everything grown on the farm supports our cooking classes, dinner events, and the local community. We practice organic methods and focus on building healthy soil through composting.
